Hi, I'm Berge Dermelkonian.
I'm an MBA graduate, business educator, author, entrepreneur, digital marketer, and The Weekend Venture Coach.
Over the years, I've worked across education, business, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I've launched ventures, written books, taught university students, developed educational programs, and explored countless business ideas; some successful, some not.
Those experiences taught me an important lesson:
Building a business doesn't have to be complicated.
Too many aspiring entrepreneurs get stuck because they're overwhelmed by information, distracted by endless opportunities, or waiting for the perfect idea before taking action.
I believe entrepreneurship should be practical.
You don't need to quit your job.
You don't need a huge budget.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You simply need clarity, a realistic plan, and the willingness to take the next step.
That's why I became The Weekend Venture Coach.
My mission is to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their skills, experience, and interests into practical ventures that can be built alongside their careers and personal responsibilities.
Through coaching, books, educational resources, AI tools, and community support, I help people move from confusion to clarity and from ideas to action.
Whether you're exploring your first business idea, looking to create an additional income stream, or searching for greater freedom and opportunity, my goal is to help you make meaningful progress without unnecessary complexity.
When I'm not creating resources or working with entrepreneurs, you'll usually find me learning, writing, teaching, experimenting with new ideas, and exploring better ways to help people build businesses that fit their lives.
Thank you for visiting.
I look forward to being part of your entrepreneurial journey.

I believe that entrepreneurship should be accessible, practical, and realistic.
You don't need to build the next unicorn startup.
You don't need investors.
You don't need to quit your job.
Sometimes the best business is one that starts small, solves a real problem, and grows steadily over time.
That's the philosophy behind every resource I create, every conversation I have, and every entrepreneur I support.
